Playback speed for language learning
Hi, could you add playback speeds of 0.95, 0.90 and 0.85 for your podcasts? I’m fond of learning foreign languages by listening to interesting podcasts, but sometimes (especially if I’m bit drowsy) I find the natives speak too fast to properly comprehend a sentence in time. I’d love to be able to slow the speed a bit but sadly the 0.80 you offer now makes the speaker sound like a dying robot. Even better if I could just input desired speed value(via slider or manually).
Apart from that- I like your music library and am happy you keep expanding it
Bugs
Okay, this app is really amazing when it comes to listening to music and podcasts. It has been improved very well recently BUT there is a bug that keeps showing up while using app (this problem occurs on my phone which is iPhone 11 idk if somebody else has got this problem) — I mean when I minimize the listening page - hour, battery state, wifi and other icons on upper screen just disappear and it gives a feeling that the app “cuts” the upper side of the screen. I hope you can fix this soon. it’s actually annoying sometimes because I need to exit my app to even see the hour.
Beside that, everything seems to work perfectly, for now:)
Could be much better
Right now I see three major issues with service:
1. There is no easy way to switch connected device on which to play music BEFORE playing song. My use case - I had streamed music on wifi speaker during the day, afterwards when everyone went to sleep, I want to listen to the music on my Bluetooth headset. How can I do it without waking up everyone.
2. I’m foreigner living in other country, in settings my language is set to English, but I see local language playlists and lot of local songs in suggestions, is there a way a can change my locale?
3. There are a lot of duplicates in playlists with songs named with Cyrillic letters. Duplicates are everywhere - in playlists, in albums. Listening for songs more than once in a row when you juls listening random artist songs is an ugly experience.
